New day resolution for tomorrow: get up half an hour earlier.

以前通常是6点半的闹钟,赖赖床,在7点半以前出门的。最近都是暑假放假放懒了,每天到快8点才出门,结果每天地铁都挤的不行,跟半个小时前的7点半那种休闲的感觉差太远。每个人都急匆匆的,放眼望去,到处都是地中海的头顶,迎面而来的到处都是苦巴巴的上班脸。而自己呢,从半夜12点睡到早上7点,还是困的不行。看来还是得恢复10点半睡6点半起的8小时睡眠制。

所以决定,从明天开始,恢复提前半个小时的起床时间,早睡早起才是王道,
